End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using KioFlow (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Agave Space grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions: (a) Gold ($4.99/month): Unlimited conversations, Voice Keyboard Extension, AI text cleanup, iPhone and Mac support. (b) Platinum ($9.99/month): All Gold benefits plus advanced AI models, priority processing, and early access to new features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

You may not: (a) Copy, modify, or distribute the App (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (c) Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App (d) Use the App for any unlawful purpose (e) Use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Agave Space and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the App remains yours.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings and transcribed text are primarily stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, data may be transmitted to third-party servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that: (a) Voice transcription will be 100% accurate (b) AI text improvement suggestions will be suitable for all purposes (c) The service will be uninterrupted or error-free AI-generated content is for reference only. Users must independently verify its accuracy and suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agave Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
